Hamilton Caterers are a fully licensed caterer with a liquor license to 1:00am. Our Off-License also allows us to provide an onsite bar service at your venue with our out catering service. We offer several types of bars to compliment your catering:

Sell Bar
This is simply a cash bar, where all guests purchase their own beverages. View our current beverage list and prices
  • All Staff and Glassware supplied
  • Full selection of Wines, Beers, Spirits and Non Alcoholic Beverages
  • No cost (for over 65 guests)

Bar Tab
With this option, you set the bar tab limit (e.g. $1500) and you decide what beverages your guests can consume on your tab. Most of our customers tend to go with just Tap Beer, House Wine, Soft Drinks and Orange Juice. Any other beverages can be made available for cash purchase. Once your tab limit is reached, you have the option of increasing the limit, or converting to a full cash bar.

All Inclusive Bars - Currently only available for weddings
Option 1 ($30 per person)
  • Non-alcoholic fruit punch on arrival, unlimited* quantity of Tap Beer, House Wine, Sparkling Wine, Soft Drinks and Orange Juice (No Spirits)
  • Price includes Glassware, Staff, Equipment
Option 2 ($32 per person)
  • Same as Option 1 but with Spirits included (Vodka, Bacardi, Gin, Bourbon, Brandy, Whiskey & Rum). We will not serve spirits until after dinner with this option.
* We must still adhere to our license conditions.
 
Discounted Drinks
With this option, you pay a portion and your guests pay a portion towards a drink (e.g. for a $5.00 drink - you may say the guest pays $2.00 and the remainder $3.00 goes onto your tab). You may set your tab limit with this option. Once reached, we can convert to a full cash bar. View our current beverage list and prices

Off Site Bar
Having your function at your own venue? Our Off-Licence also allows us to provide an onsite bar service at your venue in conjunction with our out catering service. Please call us to discuss this in further detail.
