Flemington Lounge
With an outside balcony, island bar and extensive views of the surrounding gardens, the Flemington Lounge is a great venue for mixing and mingling at 21st's and larger social gatherings. Dining capacity of up to 200 and socialising capacity of up to 350. View photos
3rd Floor Suites
Panoramic views of the track, air conditioned and tranquil describe the our 3rd Floor Suites. Perfect for smaller functions, trainings, seminars and events with capacities up to 50 guests per room. View photos
Colours Lounge
Situated on the ground floor and with a capacity of 40-120 guests, the Colours lounge is an ideal room for 21st‘s, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Luncheons and Dinners. Racing silks are displayed around the room.
New Market Lounge
Our New Market Lounge is an ideal room for Rug Sales, Clothing Sales, Book Fairs and other similar events that require a large space and easy public access.
Parade Ring
Our parade ring is a great place for your wedding ceremony. Available for you to use complimentary when booking your reception in any one of our lounges. This is available on a first come first served basis. If the weather is undesirable on the day, rain options are available. View photos

At Hamilton Caterers we have a venue to accommodate almost any occasion. Should one of our venues not be suitable for your event or function, we will come to you!
We've catered at most venues in Hamilton and around the greater Waikato area. Whether your venue is a hall, club, school, church, business, park, sports ground, yacht, airliner, hot air balloon, submarine, train - we can help you. We are also able to provide or arrange onsite refrigeration of your food and drinks.
